The Georgia Review purchases only first North American serial rights, and subsequent rights revert to the author. We do act as agent for some of our authors for reprint requests, and we ask that publishers contact us first so that we can consult with the author on how he/she wishes to respond.
The Georgia Review holds copyright on some works published prior to 1978, and some have been reassigned to the authors. All requests for material published between 1947 and 1978 should be directed to The Georgia Review.
